· Served as the lead payload and/or spacecraft engineer and Government program manager’s trusted advisor in multiple National Reconnaissance Office Directorates leading to successful space system integration, testing, and transition to operations.

· Highly self-motivated and proven ability to find solutions to problems under any circumstances.

· Completed 20 years distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

· Serve as an independent advisor to the National Security Agency as a Senior Technical Board Member on the NSA Advisory Board (NSAAB)/Emerging Technologies Panel.

· Led oversight and integration of National Security Agency's multi-billion-dollar Signals Intelligence modernization program as Deputy Director, National Signals Intelligence Systems, Office of Under Secretary of Defense Intelligence.

· Achieved Level III Certification in the acquisition functional specialties of Systems Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering and Program Management while in the U.S. Air Force.
